Das visionäre Potenzial der Kunst, Kunst und Kulturelle Bildung im Kontext von Flucht, Ankommen und Zukunftsgestaltung

Im Kontext der gesellschaftlichen Debatten um Flucht und Ankommen stellte die diesjährige Plattform Kulturelle Bildung die Möglichkeiten und utopischen Potenziale in den Fokus, die durch die individuelle Erfahrung mit Kunst entstehen können.

Insbesondere Künstlerinnen und Künstler eröffnen aktuell durch ihren politisch-kritischen und kreativ-visionären Blick auf die Gesellschaft bedeutende und aufschlussreiche Perspektiven auf die Gegenwart, aber auch für die Zukunft. Während der Plattform Kulturelle Bildung haben renommierte Künstlerinnen und Künstler mit und ohne Flucht- oder Migrationsbiografie ihre Werke präsentiert und zur Diskussion gestellt.

Die Veranstaltung wurde zur Laborwerkstatt: Experimentierräume in Kleingruppen ermöglichten künstlerische Auseinandersetzungen zu Themen wie Zukunft, Wirkung, Transkulturalität und (Mit-) Gestaltung. Dabei wurden neue Praxisformen der Kulturellen Bildung vorgestellt bzw. gemeinsam entwickelt, die die Positionen und Impulse von Geflüchteten ernsthaft aufnehmen, künstlerisch umsetzen und gesellschaftlich verankern.

Offene Diskussionsformate nahmen auch die Expertise von praxisnahen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern auf, um einen zukunftsorientierten Austausch zu bewirken.

Unten finden Sie das Programm der Veranstaltung sowie die Beiträge von Anna Chrusciel (Deutschland), Dr. Michael Wimmer (Österreich) und Jean-Louis Sagot-Duvauroux (Frankreich und Mali). Zu lesen und hören sind u. a. eine kritische Verhandlung der Wirkungsdebatte in der Kulturellen Bildung, eine Reflexion über die Kunst und deren Entfetischisierung im postimperialen Zeitalter sowie eine Beleuchtung der Potenziale der Kunst.

Platform for Arts and Cultural Education:
The visionary potential of art
Arts and cultural education in the context of displacement, arrival and shaping a new future

In the context of the social debate themed around displacement and arrival, this year's Platform for Arts and Cultural Education focused on the opportunities and utopian potentials that may be created by a person's experiential interaction with art.

It is artists, in particular, who - by taking a politically critical and visionary-creative look at our society - currently open up significant and instructive perspectives for both the present and the future. The platform gave reknown artists with and without refugee or migrant background the opportunity to present their artwork as an impetus for discussions.

The event was designed as a labfactory: experimental spaces in small groups gave the participants the opportunity to artistically engage with issues like future, effect, transculturality and participation. Here, new practical approaches for arts and cultural education were presented, or jointly developed, that embrace and reflect the positions and input of refugees, translate them into hands-on artwork, and anchor them in our social context.

Open discussion formats also incorporated the expertise contributed by practice-oriented academics in order to create a future-driven exchange.
